DesignTech's Solar-Powered Driveway Monitor means no more unannounced visitors driving up to your home or office! Standard Features: Indoor receiver chimes and flashes when a vehicle drives past the sensor in your driveway. Up to 1 - 000 ft. range between vehicle sensor and indoor receiver. Unlike other driveway systems - Driveway Monitor does not get false alarms from pedestrians - animals or shadows. Driveway Monitor only detects vehicles. Solar-Powered Features: 12V transistor output jack can be used to trigger a siren - lamp - or other device near the receiver (connector required). Solar-powered sensor works on ordinary sunlight. Reset button allows you to check whether a vehicle arrived while you were out of hearing range of the receiver. Purchase up to 16 additional Driveway Monitor or Motion Alert sensors or receivers to cover multiple areas and to expand your system. How It Works: The sensor is designed to watch magnetic field changes as a vehicle passes. When triggered - the vehicle sensor sends a radio signal to the receiver inside your home or office. The receiver will chime and constantly flash to let you know that a vehicle has arrived.
